How to get there

Take a train from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam CS (Central Station). Tickets for the train are available at the airport, major credit cards are accepted. From there you can take tram 4 or 9 to "Rembrandtplein". Walk for about 100 meters (in the direction the tram was going) to the Amstel (river/canal). Turn left before the bridge (called the Blauwbrug). The hotel is located at number 144.

A one way taxi fare from Schiphol to the hotel is about dfl. 60 to 75. A taxi from Amsterdam CS to the hotel is about dfl. 15.

Note: to take a tram or metro, you will need either cash (dfl 3) to buy a one-way ticket or you can buy a so-called strippenkaart (about dfl 12 for 15 coupons, good for 7 and a half one-way trips as you need to "stamp" two of them per trip) when buying your trainticket.
